Card of the week: Couple Embracing
Each new week brings with it a discounted card in both my Etsy shop and the shop section on my website (stock dependent).
This is one of the earliest cards I made in 2019, a digital reproduction of a pastel painting.
Inspired by a scene from the French film The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, this is a sweet card to send an even sweeter message to your love, ahead of Valentine’s day or an anniversary (or just because!)
The film is so full of colour and emotion and I really like how the haziness of the pastel texture captures the fuzzy feelings of falling in love.
