Inspired by the beautiful Scottish Highlands and the swirling winds that envelope these hills, I love the simplicity of the dark blue, white and peeps of orange in this piece, as well as the handsome texture.
I even took my painting to the Highlands for an impromptu photoshoot before completing a via ferrata course in Kinlochleven followed by an open water dip in Loch Earn, so this painting is attached to many happy memories and has been on quite the adventure itself!
